Refund & Cancellation Policy

PRO Passes (1–3 day)
- Passes are digital and become usable immediately after successful payment.
- In general, we do not offer refunds for pass purchases once issued.
- Exceptions may be considered for duplicate charges or failed delivery (where PRO was not activated), subject to verification.
Monthly Subscription
- You can cancel your subscription via the Razorpay customer flow / instructions provided by Razorpay.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Charges already processed are typically not refunded.
